ANGEL NUCLEAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
These terms apply to all purchases made through the Angel Nuclear online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Angel Nuclear is an independent fashion label operated by Francisca Jimenez Morel, Berlin, Germany.
2. PRODUCTS
Angel Nuclear offers three types of products: custom made pieces tailored to your individual measurements, archival pieces that are one of a kind, and ready to ship items available for immediate dispatch. Product descriptions specify which type each item belongs to.
Archival pieces are sourced from pre-existing garments and reworked by hand. Due to the nature of the materials, variations in colour, length, fabric tone, and signs of prior wear are inherent to the piece and are not considered defects.
3. CUSTOM MADE & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Custom made pieces are produced specifically to your measurements and specifications. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
By placing an order for a custom made piece, you acknowledge and accept that this right of withdrawal is excluded. All sales on custom made items are final.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the product is faulty or significantly different from its description.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at the email address provided at checkout. You are entitled to a remedy under the EU two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.
5. MEASUREMENTS & FIT
For custom made pieces, your measurements will be collected at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Angel Nuclear cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer prior to production.

Custom made pieces require up to two weeks of production before shipment. Archival and ready to ship pieces are prepared and dispatched within two weeks of purchase. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.
We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Angel Nuclear is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs, customs fees, storage charges, or additional expenses incurred as a result of incorrect shipping details will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. PRICES & TAXES
All prices are listed in Euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on the website do not include applicable taxes. Any VAT or other taxes required by law will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable regulations.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
8. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Angel Nuclear does not store your payment details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Angel Nuclear shop — including images, text, and design — is the property of Angel Nuclear. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
